Magna Tyres appoints Arnold van Woerkum as CFO

Magna Tyres Group has appointed Arnold van Woerkum as CFO as the company prepares for international growth and further acquisitions.

Magna Tyres Group has appointed Arnold van Woerkum as chief financial officer, strengthening its finance leadership as it pursues international growth and future acquisitions.

Van Woerkum joined Magna Tyres in 2025 in a senior finance leadership role. Before joining the group, he spent more than ten years at Van Mossel Automotive Group, including as Manager Group Control.

Following Magna Tyres' acquisition of Forrez, the group expects annual turnover of about €275 million in 2026. Its strategic growth plan targets €650 million by 2029.

As CFO, Van Woerkum will be responsible for strengthening the finance organisation and supporting strategic decision-making, with particular emphasis on growth, financial control and future acquisitions.

President Michael de Ruijter said the appointment is an important step in preparing the company for its next phase of growth. Magna Tyres is also expanding its finance function, with roles open within the team.
